The International Trade Commission (ITC) has issued a press release and Federal Register notice stating that on November 15, 2006, five Commissioners voted to revoke the existing antidumping (AD) duty order on silicon metal from Brazil (A-427-801).

 

The Commissioners determined that revoking the existing order on silicon metal from Brazil would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
