Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its final results of the changed circumstances antidumping (AD) duty review of certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from Romania.
The ITA states that in these final results, it continues to find that Mittal Steel Galati S.A. (Mittal Galati) is the successor-in-interest to S.C. Ispat Sidex S.A. (Sidex).
