Pursuant to the Miscellaneous Trade Bill for:

1. ATPA Handbags, Luggage, Flat Goods, Etc.

2. AGOA 3rd Country Limit for Mauritius

3. Existing Duty Suspensions/Reductions

4. Certain Entries for Liq/Reliq

 

 

 

 

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a memorandum containing instructions regarding the liquidation/reliquidation of specific identified entries, as well as entries affected by retroactive duty suspensions, reductions, and retroactive preferential tariff treatment, as required by the Miscellaneous Trade and Technical Corrections Act of 2004 (Public Law (P.L.) 108-429).
