CBP Issues Notice on Staged Entry
for Overshipments of Safeguard Quotas on
China Cats 222, 349/649, and 350/650
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has posted to its Web site a notice regarding the staged entry of goods shipped in excess of the China safeguard quotas on cats 222, 349/649, and 350/650.
(The safeguard quotas on China cats 222, 349/649, and 350/650 were established for December 24, 2003 through December 23, 2004. Each of these three safeguard quotas closed in November 2004.)
