CITA to Consider Petition Filed for
Reapplication of China Safeguard Quota on
Cat 350/650 (Dressing Gowns and Robes)
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has posted a fact sheet to its Web site announcing that on December 16, 2004, the Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) agreed to consider a request (petition) filed by certain textile groups† requesting a reapplication of the safeguard quota on cotton and/or man-made fiber (MMF) dressing gowns and robes (cat 350/650) from China.
