Chlorinated Isocyanurates
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has made a preliminary affirmative antidumping (AD) duty determination that chlorinated isocyanurates from China are being, or are likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to suspend liquidation for all imports of subject merchandise from China with a time of entry on or after December 16, 2004.
