State Department Suspends Licenses/Approvals
to Export Defense Articles & Services
The State Department has issued a notice announcing that, effective November 16, 2004, it has suspended all existing licenses and approvals to export or otherwise transfer International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)-controlled defense articles and defense services to Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast).
