*The ITA has preliminarily determined that the China-wide rate is applicable to the following three companies that do not qualify for a separate rate: (1) Jinxiang Hongyu Freezing and Storing Co., Ltd.; (2) Linyi Sanshan Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd.; and (3) Tancheng County Dexing Foods Co., Ltd.
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due by May 30, 2005 (China) and within 120 days of December 7, 2004 (Romania).
